Hi Travis, After reading the FAQ, it looks as if the author of Devana made the crop decrease as other structures are upgraded on purpose. My theory is that it has to do with the increase of population. As other structures are upgraded, the population of your city increases, thus less crop is stored as the opeople eat it, crop being their only source of food. Long story short, don't modify that code.
