Hi,
A friend of mine is running a moo, which I code on, and we were
wondering of any kind of unique suggestions you have. Please don't
give us Miriani clone ideas. It is a space-kind of moo, where you
spend most of your time on a specific planet, with several other
planets, used for stranding,

it's decent, yes.
I've known mike for a while, and can't say much about his coding skills.
What I can say, though is the staffing needs improvement.
There was a coder, tristan, for a while who has basically coppied all the
code

Hi,
Well Mike's a very good coder. I'm also a coder on there, but as a VB
coder, I suppose learning MOO is easier then not knowing any language,
I can do basic stuff, like set properties, get arguments, the tells,
targets, some command utils, match utils, verbs, mobs, planets, rooms,
descriptions,

First of all, the name for Humanity Moo is rather stupid for what
you guys plan on doing with it. Why don't you attempt to develop a
name that'll stand out? Think of a name of a world, give it some
history, and that's just the basics of it.

Hi,
Just to clarify: I've been learning MOO for about 2 weeks. I was a
wizard for awhile, just not doing anything, then booted off. Then, I
got my prog bit, finally caring about MOO. But, the language can be
learned quickly it seems since knowing another one helps alot.

I hope it's not me that's making your head hurt, if it is, I'll try to

Hi,
Well it's Object Oriented. IDK what else to say about it. I am not
sure what you mean my what is 'required'. You need a server and a core
database. I find it pretty easy, but if you want to start learning
MOO, or looking at some examples here are some useful links:
