Hi Tom,
When you're at bat, you can use the following buttons:
X is swing, circle is bunt, square is power swing.
When you're pitching, the buttons go like this:
X is pitch one, circle is pitch two, triangle is pitch three, and square

The pitch mode setting is in the game play options menu. It's right off the
main screen, ya know where you choose which mode you want to play, just go into
the options menu, and it's a little ways down. I'm not sure how many times you
have to go down because I have MLB 09 the show for
Square can be used for a power swing in all modes except rookie. So, if you
want to use the power swing, you have to change the dificulty setting.
There is no auto fielding mode in online play which sucks. I wrote to Sony,
asking them if they'd add an auto fielding option in MLB 2010.
