oh yes you have to pay for it.
and its not totally accessible you still have to navigate fs and things.
I think it costs 30-40 bucks but not sure.
To be honest I pulled a friend's coppy of fs2002 and fiddled with it.
However, I don't know all the airport codes and other things so i
didn't bother
