I'm not sure, but it's something like run-time error 429, then it would
describe that an .ocx file couldn't load because of some required components
that are missing. I had this error before, and it was only after installing
games that use DirectX 8 libraries, which are not installed by Vista
clearly, that my games started to work. However, she has such games already
installed, but is still receiving the error.
