Hi, I recently downloaded the most recent version of Quentin's playroom installer and installed it over the previous version. Then I sent it to a friend of mine to install. He installed it, and created his account. When he logged in, the room locked up, and he lost speech. He is using window eyes 7.2 on a 64 bit home premium system. He restarted the computer and tried it again. And again it locked up, lost speech, and required the system to be rebooted. I am using jaws 12 on a 32 bit home ultimate system and haven't had any troubles.
anybody got any help for this? The guy is pretty tech savvy, but couldn't figure it out. Thanks for any help in advance.
