[Audyssey] Things I've learned from Lunimals
Just stuff that has popped into my head. I felt like sharing, and feel free to add your own lol. 1) People will watch anything on TV. 2) I'm willing to sit through a thousand tick tock sounds, as long as you say the word mouse here and there. 3) When I hear about huge locust swarms on TV, and wonder where they came from and where they disappear to, I'll think about my dome's unstable fish populations. 4) When people around me complain about hunting season, I know that you don't sell animals during their natural population crashes. 5) The famous natural selection example, where the longer necked giraffes get all the food has now been replaced in my mind by mice stealing acorns from rabbits. --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to gamers-unsubscr...@audyssey.org. Re: [Audyssey] Things I've learned from Lunimals
Actually, I'm now wondering about moss eating rabbits, sinse according to everything I've heard including watership down, , rabbits usually prefer grass! These are obviously special luna rabbits. I can see the book now, spaceship down! where the rabbits of Luna dome one must trek to their new home in Luna dome 3 through a hostile environment! Notable moments include when the noble Moldy chews through an electric cable to sacrifice his life in order to gain the other rabbits access to space sutes, and the playful antics of saprophite and litchinous, which greatly irritate the wise but kindly rabbit elder, pennicilin! ;D. Beware the grue! It's true that in real life, rabbits prefer grass over eating moss. I had to bend reality a bit to balance the game out during development. In Lunimals rabbits do eat grass, but I just moved it down on their list of preferences more than it is in reality. --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to gamers-unsubscr...@audyssey.org.
