Just to let everyone know, the chronicles of Arborell are running the 2009 prize for gamebook fiction.
Winning entries get hosted on the site, pluss there is a cash prize, --- so if anyone's fancied writing gamebooks now is your chance. Also, the accessible text version of the Torchlight tabletop randomly generating dungeon style gamebook is going into beta testing now, so will be out as soon as those rather idiotic beta testers (aka muggins), have finished looking at it and made any recommendations or cryticisms.
