Hi Hayden, Actually there are five cars that chimpanzees are driving that you need to pass before you get to Gonk and Marge in the Volkswagon. Those first two are just randomly moving side to side. BTW Last night I recorded me completing the level and have an mp3 of it. Spoiler space for level 7. In level 7 the first two cars just randomly move back and forth left and right. The next car does a good job of getting in your way. But the closer you are to it, the slower that it gets in front of you. So wait until you are very close and then move to the left or right of it. The next two cars do not get in your way as much, but they will cause you to spin out via oil or bananas. What I do is to get over to one side and as soon as I hear the oil or chimp voice I mash the arrow key to go to the other side and thus avoid the oil or bananas. The last car with Gonk is not too hard to stay behind and then just move along side of once you are close. I hope that helps. Hi Hayden, I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by the game just reads you the record when you choose resume save game. I'm just not sure how that is possible. In level 2 you are jumping from airplane to airplane. So jump when the airplanes are lined up so that Homer can jump from one plane to the other. Hi Hayden, I am wondering if maybe closing the game via alt f4 might not cause that problem. Not sure though. Hi Matheus wow! That's pretty fantastic, I must confess I've played the game quite a few times, but am stil stuck on the first stage. I've got past 30 or so barrels (jumped 22, destroyed another 8 with the chainsaw), but I don't seem to have got to the end of level 1 yet. Hi, Same here. I haven't completed level 1 yet. I have jumped like 20 barrels and destroyed 7 more, but I always end up losing because I get attacked by a bird or try to avoid one and get run over by another barrel. I also finally beat Awesome Homer. I think this game is definitely a lot of fun and worth playing again. I would like to see each level playable by itself once you've beaten it in the regular game. There are times when I'd like to experiment with a certain level but it is to much hassle to try to get to that point in the game, especially if I have a saved game beyond that point. Hi Karl, While creating and test playing Awesome Homer I needed a way to go straight to the level that I was working on. I did have a line of code that would do it, but to also test the writing of the log file that wouldn't work, so I made a copy of the following files for each level and then just copied them back into the folder to play which ever level I needed to at the time. awesolog.txt, awesome.rec and awesome.sav.
