The Mysteries of the Ancients trailer is still on the server, but I took
the link off the products page, because I want to update the trailer
once I finish the game. At any rate you can get it from the downloads
directory here

As far as the manual goes it is included with the game. Since I haven't
yet completed writing the manual I don't have a current separate
download for it.Though, I could easily zip up the manual directory and
e-mail it to you if you wanted it.
