I've just made a test for adding TTS Voices as ATC controllers, and the first
test (Scansoft Tom) worked great.
I'm looking for other people who could handle the CPU workload of converting
the script files (around 1400 txt files) into mp3, and then
sounds cool, unfortunately I can't fly at this time due to speech rec and cash
issues, but it would sound more realistic in fly ins.
I'll gladly get any casts you have though as we go.

Radar Contact is for Single Player flying. It uses different voices. It dosen't
have anything to do with multiplayer.
Perhaps I could find a way to use TTS to automate the ATIS, as other airports
have...
