FSNav can be used for visual approaches. It dosen't use ILS at all. It just
uses math.

Then we'll have to find a route for this old bird that uses ILS runways... I'll
start on it.

Hi,
Alternatively, we can ask the developer of Itsyourplane for some help.
He seems a friendly, approachable fellow. Worst case, there may be
another FMS we can use when we know a visual approach is required.
On another note, correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember from my FS
Navigator days that
Hey, Zack.
FSNav does support ILS Approach mode, but I've watched a plane land itself on a
full visual approach.
When you set an autoroute to a visual airport, the program does some math to
figure out the correct altitudes and descent rates.

well I plan to get iyp and fs04, fsx I could get but the fact that even though
it could probably run on my rig with all the non accessible menus and the fact
fs04 can be made accessible with turning full screen off and killing the
olac.dll file, I could probably do this.
At 03:47 a.m.
unfortunately fsnav is not free, I wouldn't mind something like this avalible
to run with iyp though, I can only afford so much, I will be avalible to afford
fs04, maybe the shuttle sim if its in stores and the iyp system.
but nothing else really.

I'll need to rework some of these runways. The first flight was visual, and the
airport didn't have an ILS...
