The Cepstral product licenses are not machine specific, but they are OS specific. If you order a Linux version of the voice the product key you get will only work on Linux versions of that voice. Same goes for Windows and Mac version. That sort of sucks as it would be kind of nice to purchase a key and use it on whichever OS you like.
