This blanked out all my found cards, so I started the adventuring to recover those cards. I have found the crystal card in the dungeon after defeating the drake, and the sapphinre card and the druid card after doing what I needed to do to get those cards. But the goblin card still eludes me. I have defeated the goblin kind in two seperate adventtures, and have not found it. I have also fought to the 12th levels and have not found the goblin card. Do I need to uninstall the gave and then reinstall the game to reset the game parameteres to get access to the goblin card again? Please email me off list if need be...email at bottom of this message. I would have posted or looked up this info on the googlegroup, but since June 1st, I cannot use the site. It keeps track of what I have searched for, but does not give me search results. Also, what does the plague card from the bizarre do? Hi, spoiler warning... the goblin card is random, it usually is given when fighting goblins in the goblin stronghold I think. the crystal card is given when the drake is defeated for the first time. the plague card is byable from the bazaar under special items for 2000 trade coins. Only problem is that if you get the plague card after getting other cards, you lose all the cards and have to get them all over again. The adventurer card is given when you combine thief and wanderer on the primary character. the druid is gained thru the joining of cleric and ranger for the primary character. Druids can cast lightning. Generally, the player race doesn't influence your abilities, it affects your stats, while the job effects what you can do, cast lightning, throw fireballs, perform sneak attacks etc. Beware the grue! Hi Enes, The only thing I can tell you to do,is if you have the demo, go farther on in the dungeon and comeback, this raises the chances of you beating that blasted drake. Also, scrolls will help you through if you have them; paralyze, curse, etc. Also, if you have a brawler and a mage in your party, shrink the drake, and have your brawlergrapel him. The latest version is 1.2K (you need the update patch as well), and the bazare should work there, however note that for a lot of the 1.2 versions the bazare was going through a lot of bug fixes, so if you have a version earlier than K you might have some wonkiness. As regards developement, well the bazare has been the latest thing for a while. Jason did talk about an entombed dungeon creator, but that's proving rather problematic currently, mostly because of entombed's complex generation. JAson has said he's considdering other projects and might put the dungeon creator on the back burner for now, --- but as to what happens next, well it's anyone's guess. The only way to attack multiple enemies is to have a spell or ability that does this. So far the only ones are MultiShot, which is a Ranger's ability, and the Lightning spell, which has a chance to arc to multiple enemies. But it doesn't always do so. Be careful of that though, since if the lightning arcs to an already slain enemy it can and often will reanimate them as a Zombie. And no, you can't rename your main character. As well as lightning and multishot, the barbarians' whirlwind skill also can hit multiple targits, and while their not exactly attacks, the bards' songs can effect multiple people too. Obviously though these jobs are only available in the full version of the game. Hi, Well, weather or not you can attack multiple enemies depends on your skills/powers. I know for sure if you have the power to use lightning you can hit multiple targets with the same blast at the same time which comes in handy. As far as renaming your characters I know you can rename your pets, and other party members, but I don't believe you can change the name of the main character after you start the game. Hi Nicol. In the entombed context it is someone with the ice blast and banish undead spell and that can raise corpses as skeletons. In general it is someone that performs magic with the dead and they are usually found in some fantasy games and stories. hth. Aaron, I'll break this up into chunks. When playing entombed I keep running into monsters that are just pretty much impossible to kill. I ran into one called some kind of guardian at the end of level two in my dungeon once and I couldn't hit him at all, even though I had flurry trained to 5 and swords trained to 4, and he killed me in like the second round even though I was wearing a lot of metal eq. I had another group member too, a level 4 fightter who was almost as good, and he got that one too, as well as my pet. I kepted the same dungeon and tried to beat that monster three times with different configurations. I never got him past injured. I'm not sure what i'm supposed to do. Keep in mind that the guardian is made of rock, so going after him with a sword is not going to do much damage to him. What sort of weapon do you think would have a better chance of damaging stone? Stone is certainly hard to slice, but it's not as difficult to ... what? Also, the shrink spell is a great one for lowering the damage done by natural weapons. Try those. How come I can't level past 6? Because you're playing a concept demo right now that's in early alpha stages. Eventually you will be able to, but at present you can't. This will be fixed in later releases. I can't train very well because there's no way to get skill points. The only way is through leveling, and your six levels and corresponding skill points should be enough to conquer the dungeon. That, and like someone else mentioned, I did cut off my hand instead of hitting escape once. You're thinking of the tilde key. It's a testing key that he put in for himself and never took it out. It won't be in in the full release. Try not to press it. I hope this helps. Hi Aaron, I did manage to kill the basalt guardian twice out of a solid dozen tries. I had the same thing you had, the beefed up fighter with max flurry and I a three in swords. It was a slaughter. He attacked twice, knocked me off my feet, and then beat my guy like a red headed step child. So I figure my problem is armor. I got five in plate armor and covered every inch with plate and again a three in swords. My thought was that if my fighter could at least take the hits, I could get some spells in to help like grow, or shrink. However, the thing knocked me down right away and beat the stuffing out of my fighter. The damage was only marginally less. It went from eight points minimum of damage to about five and six. So in reality, the fighter was next to useless. I tried a mage who I pumped to the max lightning bolts and those only did three damage at the most, and the damage was never in the same place, but always seemed to hit a leg or arm. I have yet to get a thief to stay alive to even get to the third level, and really so far, the only character that helped in that battle was a healer (It is ironic, isn't it). The pumped up harm spell to it's max did some real decent damage, and while the guardian killed my fighter and my pet, I did finally manage to kill it with the harm spell. The trick is to not worry about getting back up if you have been knocked down. There is just no time to waste doing that. Hi. Clubs don't hurt him either. They always seem to miss or do no damage at all. I hit him with apoison staff once and it didn't seem to do anything.
