Hi Liam and all. Besides what has been said about this so far which I've found helpful by the way, the only thing I would add is that after you have picked the team you want once, the game seems to remember that setting the next time you come in there so all you have to do is hit your x button to pick each one. I don't know if it remembers your assist selections yet. Hope this helps. Once you select your character, you get put onto the screen where you choose the assist for that character.
