on the excel grid corresponds to 1 north one west. Decide a way that is good

I personally dont bother with mapping. I'm no good at it. I personally
prefer the top view. It just makes more sese to me.

I didn't like the first person view when I used it, but it could just be me.
It confuses me.
I use excel and a system of - and x to draw maps, but it's not ideal. I
sometimes get lost anyway.
