Thank you for the strategy tips. I'm more concerned that I haven't
encountered him yet, despite the cut scene already being played. The
first thing I did upon its playing was to check my radar with the L key
or the Tab and T keys, but no sign of him or choppers or any other enemy

It would appear that I need to start the mission over, as after the
scene where Brutus announces himself, there is no target to go after.
Perhaps there is a bug. The other odd thing is that I technically
didn't take out the training grounds earlier in the mission, but
destroyed everything
