You'll need a lot more health than that to beat the last boss. Usually
before any boss fight at all I tend to heal up back to full with medkits. So
I would go in, fight the first creature, which is fairly easy, then open the
boss door after healing to full and just stand toe to toe with him
I should really add to my message that I have no med kits left.
