it.
You sent me a private message with your new information and that is all you
need to do.
Please do not request a key from this Audyssey list as it fills up hundreds
of people's in boxes unnecessarily.

Hi Michael,
The reason it is doing that is because you aren't using the same user
name/user account you were using before when you registered the game.
To fix that problem go into your user account settings in control
pannel and rename your user name back to what it was before you did
the reinstall
