- more configure options (default user/group)
- more spec file features (user creation, user supplied gmond.conf)
- some web changes - a filter menu for the cluster list
- checking some return values
- signal handler for HUP
- bind UDP to specified source IP

I didn't see that bug before - I will have a look over it and try to 
make sure the change fixes it completely.
