On Thursday, the Florida Department of Transportation announced that I-75 will
remain open, as flood waters have been receding on the Santa Fe River. As of
this morning, FDOT engineers and state meteorologists do not believe that the
Santa Fe River will reach a level to make the interstate
I am pretty sure it does not. I have driven through Starke many times and
never noticed anything that resembled a bridge. In fact, I am heading down
tomorrow from PA and will be going through Starke.

I'm not that familiar with that area though. If you saw the map of the
proposed detour you'll they are going to send people headed south either
east or west on I-10 so 301 will draw a lot
I just heard about this. It doesn't say whether they think 301 will be
affected. I hope not since I am suppose to head down to Gainesville
tomorrow from North Carolina.
