Anyone?
I dont even have a face to punch
a mouth to slap
I dont have nothing
no hurting back
my anger has to find another way
seek another path
in this worlds little world of mine
No one there to shout at
no one there to face my flame
it was different another game
but now I stand alone
back facing the wall
of my enclosing room
the sunlight shines into my
four pieced universe
but I wont step outside
Anger always anger
but it fades I can feel the edges
wearing off like an old raincoat
once borrowed then used and
now antique
I stare at myself as it seems from
another time another place
who is he where did he go
what happened to the beauty
I had inside of me
Bono sings the words they dont belong to me
my heart faces eternal ebony
of slickery slime on mortal soil
the anger is rotting and other
feelings have chosen to recoil
I dont even have a face to punch
and my fists are tired of this life
neglecting shouts on the other side
of glass
I sit frozen or just numb
indifferent in my cubicle
will no one come?
