Now I am not a lawyer...but for the benefit of gays and eunuchs...I would  
have Fernandes plead guilty to 498A...and then assess those so 
benefitted...to  pay for the cost of his noble sacrifice..
 
This could be the 'precedential act'...that many are searching for in the  
dark..
