Hi again. I just studied the glibc2.2.x documentation and I think a workaround
for those old glibcs is pretty simple, indeed use 1 LC_CTYPE.
For the record, LC_CTYPE_MASK co appeared in 2.3.0.

idiv needs integer load instruction that has long immediate and we don't
