Using something like TARGET_SOLARIS is wrong: this is just a bug in older Sun

This only happens when using GCC with Sun as, GNU as with either Sun ld or GNU
ld
is fine. While gas follows the ELF gABI and sets SHT_INIT_ARRAY on an
.init_array

I don't think it should be closed: the installation docs for Solaris x86
recommend to use the default binutils 2.15 and say it works fine, but that's
