Could you try to bootstrap the compiler from clean build directory?
Could you look into g++.log and post some errors?

I bootstrap trunk every night. Last night's run gave 86 new g++ testsuite
failures from the previous night. Here's the diff. Let me know if you need
more information to figure out what
