This might become more important when you build gcc with cloog and without ppl
.
Note: A major upcoming improvement is the support of multiple backends,
not only PolyLib. CLooG will support PPL and already supports in

Again, you are not supposed to use other versions of CLooG than the one
documented: CLooG-PPL.
