Split off of PR 34230.

With Fortran 2003 supporting IEEE, gfortran should also support (case
insensitve) the followinging strings: "+NaN"/"-NAN"/"NAN",
["+"/"-"]"Infinity"/"INF".

NAG f95, g95, ifort and sunf95 support it. (And reject, e.g., "Infi".)

While openf95, gfortran and g77 reject it.
