Bug ID: 88080 Summary: Add warning if IMPLICIT NONE is missing Product: gcc Version: unknown Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P3 Component: fortran Assignee: unassigned at gcc dot gnu.org Reporter: vivekrao4 at yahoo dot com Target Milestone: --- I think new Fortran code should have IMPLICIT NONE in every procedure or preferably at the beginning of a program or MODULE. I request that gfortran add an option that warns when this is not the case. Users who want IMPLICIT NONE in all code can convert such a warning to an error. This is, of course, an enhancement request and not a bug report.
