I recompiled everything. Still:
Reading .class from
x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/libjava/libgcj-4.2.0.jar(java/lang/Class.class).

Does your compiled version of java.lang.Class contain a field class$0? This is
what me and Tom narrowed the problem down to.
