I don't think *-linux-dietlibc support has been ever upstreamed into GCC.
I am just seeing the support from config.{guess,sub} and libtool. Nothing in
libgcc/config.host, gcc/config.gcc, or libstdc++/configure.host .
So you will need to add much more support than just libstdc++ here.
Since this was never supported, I am thinking about closing this as invalid but
I will let someone else make that call.
