base flags:
-O2 -fno-loop-block -fno-loop-strip-mine

peak flags:
-O2 -fno-loop-block -fno-loop-strip-mine -ftree-parallelize-loops=4
-floop-parallelize-all

What I get:
1. perlbench and cactusADM have a runtime error with autopar enabled
2. gcc goes in an invinite loop.

All the other benchmarks work, but do not have any performance differences.
