This is an HP linker bug and it is in PHSS_33033 and possibly in some earlier
linker patches too. There is a replacement for PHSS_33033 now. For HP-UX
11.00 the new patch is PHSS_33034 and for HP-UX 11.11 the new patch is
PHSS_33035.
