FAIL: gcc.target/powerpc/pr79916.c (test for excess errors)
FAIL: gcc.target/powerpc/sd-pwr6.c (test for excess errors)
All 3 of those compilations hang starting with this revision. I saw this on a
power 8 and power 9.
