it happens all the time, not just with that directory. retry and it sometimes
works eventually

Wondering if it's the same issue as
http://viewvc.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=454 -- if so it's been fixed in
viewvc 1.1.12 which was just released 2
