[Bug target/44615] New: -mtune=atom failed on sse2-vec-2.c and amd64-abi-3.c

On Linux/x86-64, I got

FAIL: gcc.target/i386/sse2-vec-2.c (internal compiler error)
FAIL: gcc.target/i386/sse2-vec-2.c (test for excess errors)

with -mtune=atom.
