gcc.dg/tree-ssa/builtin-snprintf-6.c currently XPASSes on i?86-*-* configurations with -m64:
XPASS: gcc.dg/tree-ssa/builtin-snprintf-6.c scan-tree-dump-times optimized "Function test_assign_aggregate" 1 (seen e.g. on i386-pc-solaris2.11, i686-pc-linux-gnu, or i386-apple-darwin*). The problem is that the xfail only handles x86_64, ignoring that i?86 configurations can also be multilibbed. This patch fixes the by handling both forms alike. Tested on i386-pc-solaris2.11, amd64-pc-solaris2.11, sparc-sun-solaris2.11, and sparcv9-sun-solaris2.11. Committed to trunk.
