SEH is not enabled in aarch64-w64-mingw32 target yet. However, it is needed to be declared in machine_function for reusing winnt.cc. gcc/ChangeLog: * config/aarch64/aarch64.h (struct seh_frame_state): Declare SEH structure in machine_function.
