The testcase in this PR was fixed by r267272, so I've reduced it and am going
to add it to the testsuite.

Tested on x86_64-linux (-m32/-m64) where the scan-tree-dump-times still

Yes, my apologies for the mistake! I should stop looking for failures
via grep and use test_summary consistently since I tend to miss
