Hello, as announced here: https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc/2019-04/msg00023.html we have declared the spu-elf target obsolete in GCC 9 with the goal of removing support in GCC 10. Nobody has stepped up to take over maintainership of the target. This patch set therefore removes this target and all
