C++ PATCH for comp_ptr_ttypes_real

[Marek Polacek]

comp_ptr_ttypes_real could use bool instead of int since it only returns
0 or 1.

Bootstrapped/regtested on x86_64-linux, applying to trunk.

        * typeck.c (comp_ptr_ttypes_real): Change the return type to bool.
        Use false instead of 0.
