Hi.
This changes code to be consistent:
if (!decNumberIsNegative(lhs) & decNumberIsNegative(rhs)) {
...
else if (decNumberIsQNaN(lhs) && decNumberIsSNaN(rhs)) result=+1;
That's fixed in the patch.
Patch can bootstrap on ppc64le-redhat-linux and survives regression tests.
