FWIW I see (and have read) the proposal in the GSoC portal, with URL: https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/organizations/gnu-compiler-collection-gcc/programs/2026/proposals/details/vpIa58Wp It's associated with [email protected] and everything looks good there as far as I can tell (though I'm not a google admin so who knows).
