I am using Scite every day at work to open files containing NULL characters
(that Geany can't open). Scite is based on Scintilla, and it doesn't stop at
the first NULL character. I guess it should be possible to open binary files
in Geany too ...

Please don't kill geanyprj : It's a killer plugin !!!
I've been using it for three years now and tweaked it to my needs (but
still haven't found the time to make it clean and push it to the
maintainer).
I couldn't live without it either at work or at home.

1) Multi projects opened in a single instance of Geany
2) Setting up a new project is more straightforward :
- Download a tarball -> open a file on the root -> click menu
Hello world,
I tried to defend Geanyprj a few weeks ago because I heard it will be
removed from the plugins project due to a lack of maintenance. So, I
decided to maintain it myself because I would really miss it (I can't get
used to Gproject).
First of all, is there a specific mailing list for G

Hello,
Is it possible that someone who is granted to commit to geany-plugins to
run the command "./waf updatepo" on the plugins project ?
I could run the command myself and join a patch for it on sourceforge, but
I guess that would be more work for me and the one who is going to apply
the it.

Hi,
I'm trying to hack geanyprj plugin to add the current project's name
in the main window's title bar, the same way gproject does.
What I plan to do is using the field "name" of the GeanyProject
structure. This struct contains a field named "type" that means
"Identifier whether it is a pure Gea
Ok, I'll probibly file a bug report for project->type which is not used.
Thanks,

Which distros are still mounting /tmp on the hard drive rather than on a

Hello world,
I need to apply my own patches to Geany and Geany-plugins too, but I now
work on Windows. I can build Geany using makefile.win32 but I can't find an
equivalent for Geany-plugins.
I know Geany-plugins is built on Windows by maintainers because it's
available as a setup.exe but I can't
Ok, it's working with waf. I had to deal with files copying from geany's
build to some direcories in my PATH and other stuff but it works great.
Thanks a lot !

That's not a bad idea, but what I would prefer is to highlight the function
name in the symbols tab, corresponding to the function the cursor is in. But
that would be another feature ...
