I could have missed it but i do not see any ability to view/edit
JPEG/PNG image comments. Which is good to have in Geeqie, i think. At
least viewing.

As no one of the Geeqie developers have even a word about implementing
"JPEG comments", I guess, they are not (much) interested in doing this.
And now, I am going to implement that.

I could take part in porting Geeqie to C++1x if it is decided to do so.
I've been using different kinds of C++ (98/2003/201x) for more than 10

I have made a patch with support for reading JPEG comment. For now it
can be shown in the overlay only. Shall we integrate support for
editing and saving JPEG comment and how we'll do that? As there is
already "Comment" editbox in the sidebar.
