I am interested in using the privileged assembly instruction, wbinvd, to
flush and invalidate the L1I and L1D caches. However, I am confused when
execution is considered to be in "privileged" mode in both SE and FS. I am
wondering if there is an "intercepting" point at which I could execute
these instructions, or use something similar to my advantage (such as the
system call handler).
