I thought I'd seen a post saying they did, but
Commonj is commonj-twm.jar, which contains the timer + work manager APIs
(not impls) defined by BEA and IBM (see
http://dev2dev.bea.com/technologies/commonj/twm/). These APIs are
implemented and utilized by the Muse project.
