I'd like to resign from the Gump PMC.
Usual reason: lack of time and motivation. Given that I had somewhat
contributed to Gump over time I thought that I could find the energy to
dive into it again, but unfortunately it hasen't been the case.
I still would like to retain this possibility
I forget who made the change to not have the version specified in the
build.properties file, but this is most likely the reason it is failing.
Gump is looking for a specific jar version 0.6, and it is not getting
created.

Yup, spot on. I'm finding this change (build from repository when failed in
proper build) hard to test, and (like all stuff in Python) untested lines/
characters of code are a time bomb.

It was a project that had previously built, that failed, that Gump was attempting
to locate artifacts for (in it's repository).
Gump is currently on 496 of 677. Finger's crossed..
