In thinking of our project, JSecurity (which is currently being
proposed to become an Incubator project), I think its a bad idea to
limit incubator releases to a special repository.
We're a mature product and we're already publishing to the main repo -
very many of our end-users rely on this and

So what? The issue isn't code quality. Incubator projects are not part of
the ASF, yet. It is due to arguments like yours that some people have
proposed removing the Incubator
