I noticed the LICENSE and NOTICE files are boilerplate with no additions, but looking at /project/Dependencies.scala I see a number of dependencies with various licenses such as BSD and MIT. Is there a reason those components aren’t listed in the LICENSE file per [1]? If this question has been
